What You’ll Do:
Prep, mix, and apply automotive paint with precision and accuracy.
Perform masking, sanding, priming, and refinishing to factory standards.
Match colors and finishes to ensure flawless, professional results.
Inspect completed work to guarantee top-quality finishes.
Maintain paint equipment, tools, and booth cleanliness.
Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and managers to ensure efficiency and on-time
deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Experience as an auto body painter or refinishing technician.
Solid knowledge of paint systems and refinishing processes.
Consistent attendance, reliability, and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
3+ years of professional automotive painting experience.
I-CAR certifications or equivalent training.
Experience working with insurance standards.
Proven ability to spot and correct imperfections before final delivery.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced shop environment.
Working Conditions:

Standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as part of daily work.
Keen eyesight required for precise color matching and finish quality.
